And, our fall 2013 Food Lab classes at the Nashville Farmers Market Grow Local Kitchen are underway. Registration for our September 22 Cornbread Lab will be available at that site soon.  

Our August Biscuit Lab was two hours of flour-slinging fun. With the help of our lab partners we baked a dozen batches of all kinds of biscuits with all kinds of ingredients and methods.
